Ctrl C, Ctrl V is no way to make a Privacy Policy. The disclosures needed within a Privacy Policy depend heavily on an individual business's location, size, privacy practices, third-party tools, and who's data they're collecting. So even businesses that are close competitors will probably have very different looking Privacy Policies. Plus, you don't know where your competitor got their Privacy Policy. It could be done incorrectly for even their own business. Finally, policies must be updated frequently.
