We want to be able to overflow and I always picture it when I fill my coffee cup every morning. I realize I'm empty every morning and I need to be filled first myself so that then I can overflow to other people. But it's it's, I haven't mastered it. It's something I'm passionate about leaders burning bright and not burning out. And it takes intentionality. I don't talk about work life balance. I talk more of a work life rhythm.
