I suppose it was convenient to expediently ignore their own meta study going back to 2007 the HSE Better Display Screen RR 561 or even the 2016 WHO ICD-10 or updating the 1998 PUWER Act to include Display Screen Equipment? Domestic violence only comes to the surface way to late. The anger and frustration from one partner to other doesn’t start and finish in a 10 minute blow up. In most cases, the tension between two people has been developing over a period of time, where other external factors push the relationship to breaking point. Guys- think, talk, hold. Think, don’t drink. When we are reaching for something to quiet the frustration in your head, you need a mate to hear you out. Talk, don’t shout. When talking becomes shouting you need to get out. When you’re in the zone of communication don’t forget to hold, to embrace your wife.

There isn't always a direct and articulated outcome of joining a community. What's in it for me? People will ask me before joining Humans in Healthcare. If you are in a job or career transition... - You will have job opportunities, but you may not walk away with a new job. - You will have opportunities to upskill, but you may not walk away with a new skill. - You will have opportunities to build your network, but you may not make any new connections. - You will have opportunities to learn and ask questions from others who have created interesting careers and paths, but you may never ask. If you are a clinician creator... - You will have opportunities to showcase your creations, but you may not walk away with a book of business or 10x your sales. - You will have opportunities to get early feedback from a built-in user base, but you may never receive feedback If you are in need of support and empowerment... - You will have opportunities to engage in small circles to be seen and validated, but you may not be seen - You will have opportunities to engage in office hours for support and encouragement, but you may not be encouraged See, what's in it for you is what YOU put into it, respectfully. Those are things YOU have to do -- but I am giving you a curated space to do them with others who are ready and willing to help. But YOU must show up and engage. One of the hardest things is to create this space for yourself, so why not join one that is ready and waiting to embrace you? If you show up, we show up. If you do, what I can guarantee is you will walk away feeling seen and validated and surrounded by a community of others who are rooting for you.

Increased diversity is a wonderful thing, however with this, it can naturally lead to some situations where workers fundamental beliefs are very different. As an emerging adult navigating the complexities of modern life, I've experienced firsthand the pressures and stressors that come with it. And in today's digital age, social media plays a significant role. On one hand, it offers a platform for connection, support, and self-expression.
