This was the very first year that we invested in having a booth at #AdobeSummit. We made this investment primarily as an experiment to see what we could learn. - Incredible growth experience for the team members that spent time running the booth. - Was very valuable to have deep conversations about data challenges with people far outside our network. - Some meaningful leads came from 1st or 2nd degree connections that stopped by the booth. - We only captured contact info from 3rd degree connections that specifically asked us to followup with them, 1+ month post summit, we've had a 0.00% response rate from those followups ????♂? Would i do it again? i'm not so sure, i have envisioned much more engagement from folks who stopped by the booth. However the knowledge we gained fair outweighed the cost of the booth, even if we fail to sign 1 new client from the experiment, so perhaps it was worth it but probably not worth repeating.
