'Get shit done' vs. 'perfect plan' ?? What type of entrepreneur are you ? Speaking with entrepreneurs of all levels it is always interesting to see the difference in how their business are run and operated. I am personally of the believe that speed beats structure. You can always clean up after. If you wait too long, others will already have taken your space. Also, it is important (and allowed) to make mistakes during your journey. Let me tell you a quick story... ? Take a US founded vs a German founded start up ? The US start up is not scared to fail. In fact they will blow into every horn that their (semi finished) product is now available in market ?? The German start up will develop the perfect product and then launch it ?? The consequence is, that the US product has already evolved to version 3, because they received market feedback the moment they launched. Probably not pretty feedback, but it helped them to adjust their product to market. My point is, stop wasting your time with lengthy business plans and prototyping. Simply focus on the execution first and then figure it out after. If you are the type of Enterpreneur that needs everything figured out in detail, your chances of succeeding are less.
