Two months ago, on October 12, 2024, TEDxThaqafah St Women brought together an extraordinary celebration of Omani women’s success and potential. I’m deeply grateful for the privilege of being part of this inspiring event. Working with an all women organizing team was a truly empowering experience. It showcased how collaboration, creativity, and dedication can lead to exceptional results. Co-leading the event management team with Ethar Najeeb Al-Zadjali was an honor, her energy and commitment were key to making this event a success. The event featured 10 powerful women speakers Aisha Al-Balushi, Basma Albassami, Zuhoor Al Balushi, Manal Al-Adawi, LLM, MSc, Mahra AL Raisi, Rania Al Khusaibi - ????? ???????, Dali Ata, Fatma Al Amri, Safa Al Buraiki, and Ruqaya Al Hasani who shared their wisdom and passion on topics like environment, leadership, finance, health, sports, and more. Thank you to each of them for inspiring us with their voices and stories. A special thank you to Al Anood Al Wahaibi the head of the organizing committee, whose leadership and vision brought everything together so seamlessly. Though this post is late, gratitude for being part of this celebration of Omani women will always remain.
