What a memorable experience at the Dell Technologies Forum 2024! HTX had the great privilege of speaking on the GenAI Panel, themed "Fast-tracking Generative AI", featuring also Him Chuan LIM, Yonggang Wen, Raju C., and expertly moderated by Mei May Soo. We delved into HTX’s AI movement to create an AI-first HTX to foster an AI-enabled Home Team for a safe and secure Singapore. AI has immense potential to transform citizen and employee experiences, and enhancing mission outcomes across the Home Team, empowering every officer to have an exponential impact on public safety and security. Just as crucial is our proactive stance in addressing the risks associated with widespread AI adoption. We highlighted the need for guardrails in AI model deployment and to champion Explainable AI, ensuring a responsible and secure integration of AI technologies.
