Brief #8 : ????-???????? ??????????????????. ?????? ???????? ???????? ?????????????? ???????? ?????? ????????? ?The inverters that are integrated with the electrical grid to supply the excess power generation are known as on-grid inverter/ grid-connected inverter. ?These inverters continuously connected to the grid and monitors its electrical parameters such as voltage and frequency. Taking those values as a reference, the electronics starts the conversion. So without a reference from the grid, the inverters won't startup. ?Now, consider a solar inverter installed in a residency that is supplied with a solar array. During the solar hours, the inverter serves the loads connected to its circuit and during less/ no load, the excess generation is fed to the grid. ?Most probably, the grid power is in demand i.e. always surplus amount of loads will be connected at any instants. So, the inverter supplies current to these loads (like neighbor's loads), even though no loads at the residency. ?You need to remember that, water rushes soon to a path with higher pressure. That's why solar inverters produce voltage a bit higher than the grid voltage (as reference was taken), to feed the current to grid connected loads and reducing stress on the grid. All is well! The capability of green electricity generation is increasing, and often, all the electricity generated is not being used at the current moment. Currently, electricity storage remains a complex and economically challenging process. Therefore, hydrogen production by electrolysis using unused green electricity is gaining popularity and being used more frequently. At AE Partner, we have also started to manufacture electric panels for hydrogen production by electrolysis. For this purpose, our design team has been working to find the best designs. The panels have a tailor-made design specially developed to the customer's specification requirements. A significant challenge in designing these new panels is assembling the panel's powerful and heavy electrical equipment and cooling system. We have solved this difficulty by purchasing more powerful machinery to move the heavier units. We have also adapted our test groups for this type of electrical conduction panel by increasing the electrical connection capacities in individual test groups and making special brackets for pressure testing of the cooling system. At AE Partner, we are flexible and adapt to our clients' requirements and needs, ensuring we move forward and innovate with our clients. Any new and unprecedented project requires additional resources and creativity from both us and our clients. We are very excited to be part of this process alongside our customers.
