As we step into 2024, I'm here to coin this the #TechSis era! This term encapsulates the fusion of technology and sisterhood, highlighting the collaborative and inclusive nature of the our current world. In the past, the tech industry (and banking...) has been criticized for its lack of diversity and inclusivity. However, in 2024 we are forcing a paradigm shift, with a surge in female representation in technology-related fields. The Tech Sis movement is breaking down barriers, empowering women to take their place at the forefront of innovation, and fostering a supportive community that celebrates diversity. One of the defining characteristics of the Tech Sis era is the emphasis on collaboration and mentorship. Women in technology are joining forces to create networks of support, sharing knowledge, experiences, and resources. Mentorship programs are flourishing, providing a platform for seasoned professionals to guide and inspire the next generation of female tech enthusiasts.
