The first block is actually the supply and I feel that a country like India has a lot of engineering talent and and liberal arts talent coming out, which is young and buoyant and and they like to be a part of tech services. So that's actually like almost about 1.5 million graduates come out from just engineering colleges. So that's that's a easy pool to kind of tap on to. The second part is actually that countries like India have a great. Ecosystem for startups and you actually have a lot of talent in emerging technologies in technologies that are actually coming up which after they get a bit kind of experience in the startup environment want to come into mainstream join organizations like Voya India and be a part of that journey now so that's actually the second part of actually the talent pool that we can actually generate and and 3rd is once you have these talents coming into the organization. Ashada was mentioning you need to build an ecosystem and an environment that they feel that there is a well-being consideration that is there and the entire atmosphere is actually kind of suited to get the best out of them. So the agile kind of workplaces that are being set up in the GCS, a lot of investments are being made in terms of how do you kind of make the workplaces more kind of collaborative environments to work with which gives you more like a campus kind of. Environment and ecosystem around, you know, so those are the things that help you to kind of then retain the talent, you know.
