However, it's important to remember that?leadership isn't a one-man show.?The board, which approved the strategies, is equally—if not more—responsible for the direction the company took. As Nike moves forward with new leadership, perhaps it's also time to?rethink the composition of the board.?Strategy approval and oversight are fundamental to the brand's long-term success.
