Springtime is great for having a purge. We spent the week of Easter redecorating our bedroom getting ready for a new bed (2,000 springs don't you know !!) Our floor had 5 different patches of flooring, a rug, carpet cut off, 2 types of laminate and floorboards. We had put up with this for too long. So when a new bed was ordered that was it we ordered a new carpet. So then we ended up needing to decorate the walls obviously, and today I ordered some new black out curtains to finish it off. Now we have a very comfortable, relaxing boudoir where we can sleep better. I have been musing about Springtime and how we tend to use this time to have a clear-out and refresh our environments. That made me think of how we organise our businesses, and sometimes we need to take a look at our processes and have a refresh.
