Imagine your life without a computer... We recently hosted an event at our store location on Seven Mile to gift laptops to members of the community who don't currently have proper access to high quality tech, but are in serious need of it. Many of the recipients were kids in the early stages of their educational journey. Not having access to a laptop or computer at home puts them several steps behind kids that do, and that just doesn't sit right with us. When we launched the Digital Access Grant (DAG) Program, we had a simple goal: to connect homeschool families with the technology they desperately need. We started small, reaching out in homeschooling Facebook groups, hoping a few people might find value in what we’re doing. What happened next was nothing short of inspiring. Within days, messages poured in from parents who felt isolated, overwhelmed, and in need of support. They shared stories of children struggling to keep up without reliable technology.
