I created this page because on LinkedIn, I couldn't mention @Toolbox because I hadn't already followed their page, due to their name being too generic linkedin only shows the top 10 companies named @ toolbox. I've been asked by Tom Douthit to direct everyone to the main page as to not confuse people. There’s a tremendous opportunity for improving client communications via advisors growing their emotional intelligence. Money, retirement, legacy, regrets: all such fraught topics. Advisors should spend less time learning regs (AI is better for that) and more time expanding their emotional range and depth. Then they can really help their clients with some of the most difficult and meaningful decisions of their lives.
I’ll be participating in a panel tomorrow, and would like to crowd source an answer: Where are advisors failing to add value or address the needs of clients today and why? I know the LinkedIn crew is gonna make me sound smarter ;)
