We are hiring for a steel manufacturing for Fabrication Project and Business Role: Head Fabrication Project and Business Location:?Hazira, Surat Experience: 18 Yrs above Education: BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (full time) Interested & eligible candidates share their resume with [email protected] Preferred candidate - Experience should be from Steel Industry mandatory Job Purpose The Head Fabrication Project and Business will be accountable to set up a Fabrication business unit and running the fabrication business as per the aligned strategy for organization Responsibilities Strategy a.?Develop the fabrication business model and align with the management b.?Evaluate various options w.r.t business model, land usage, operating model, funding model, financial model etc and define the best strategy Project delivery a Provide and implement project function across planning, cost management, project risk management, procurement, contract administration, contingency risk range analysis for schedule and cost, progress and performance metrics, business class reporting and economic evaluation of options b Ensure the delivery of project as per Safety, quality, time and budget c Define the project schedule, milestones and risk matrix d Focusing on automation and digitization Operations: a?Implement Safety Policies of the company and provide safety training for all employees at the factories to ensure all organization policies, rules and regulations are strictly followed and ensure all employees are working in a safe environment b Run the fabrication business as profit centre c. Manage the overall steel fabrication operations at the factory by offering technical and commercial leadership to perform as a Profit Centre d Prepare a long-term strategic plan and be responsible for achieving top and bottom lines as well as growth set by the management e Capable of guiding the team in the preparation of offers/ quotations to clients, participation in the tenders, and following up on inquiries to convert them into work orders f Acquire, motivate, and develop the team including recruitment of additional personnel and organizing mentoring and job-specific training? g Fully familiar with all types of advanced steel structural fabrication h.
