Let's explore our ongoing collaboration with Tezos: Since April 2021, Tezos has engaged with us to create a DAO solution for their entire ecosystem. At its current stage, the Homebase dApp has been launched as an MVP, producing analytics related to the adoption of Homebase by individuals and groups within the Tezos ecosystem, such as Crunchy.Network and the Sebuhnet XTZ Baker DAO. Over the past 2 years, our team has provided specialists in web3 software architecture, integrations, smart contracts, and ecosystem knowledge, demonstrating a proven track record in the space. We assigned a dedicated Tech Lead to ensure quality code, documentation, and testing, alongside a Project Manager to ensure smooth coordination, including scheduling, feedback, personnel assignment, and work reporting. With a solid understanding of Tezos’s needs, dOrg identified the technical solution and provided end-to-end development of the first DAO framework on Tezos. We have also been responsible for community interfacing and feedback gathering to encourage Homebase adoption, fostering more democratic ways of working. From Proof of Concept to v2: - Tezos's Homebase & Homebase Lite - Understanding the product vision and scoping out MVP features - Creating a roadmap for identified features - Architecting a scalable solution focused on MVP features with extendability for future roadmap items - Web3 integrations with Frontend - Development of the Frontend - Full design of the frontend through high-fidelity Figma mock-ups - Development of identified backend services/integrations needed to facilitate MVP features - Releasing MVP on the Tezos network - Assessing feedback from the Tezos community and making changes to the MVP as required dOrg is also currently working on the v3 Homebase dApp, soliciting feedback from the community to remove barriers to its adoption. Overall, we are actively improving the user experience with feedback from the community and increasing adoption with support from Tezos Commons team members.
