The Jameel Arts & Health Lab, in collaboration with the WHO, is embarking on a series of arts and health policy briefs to synthesize evidence and share examples of how engaging in the arts contribute to health and wellbeing across the lifespan and across settings. The next policy brief will focus on the role of the arts and arts therapies in supporting youth mental health. The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) created the National Arts Statistics and Evidence-based Reporting Center (NASERC) to provide updated statistics on arts activity in the U.S.? ? Explore the 50 States of Arts Participation: 2022 Report?for state-by-state trends on how Americans engage with the arts! The analysis addresses how participation in the arts compares across the states, how rates of arts participation compare to participation in other types of activities, and what types of modalities people use to access and learn about the arts. ? We have published our second call for proposals targeting culture in and for Ukraine! The call will finance three topics: - supporting Ukrainian artists and cultural organisations co-create with their peers and showcase their art and works in Ukraine and in Creative Europe participating countries - 2 million euros for one project - Fostering Ukrainians’ access to culture and cultural heritage - 2 million euros for one project - Preparing the post-war recovery of the Ukrainian cultural and creative sectors - 1 million euros for one project https://lnkd.in/efWbGuhb
