Today at Synthomer Ghent Belgium we had a safe and successful turnaround. The mechanical window was limited for two weeks from 14 October to 25 October. As Turnaround manager, I am proud to announce that the mechanical completion has been completed successfully and safely. I couldn't do this without the help of all the employees, both from production and maintenance. And it could be seen that ZERO HARM is really well established at Synthomer. It's because of our behaviour that is so focused on safety, this is also towards the contractors who are carrying out work for us and also so focused on safety and want to carry out the work as experts. That is why we felt that this turnaround was a success both in terms of execution and planning and SAFETY A successful turnaround in production and maintenance without safety issues typically involves a number of key steps: 1. *Thorough Planning*: Before the turnaround begins, a detailed plan is created that maps out all activities, timelines, and resources needed.
