One of the soundbites from "The Art of Hiring" event in NYC yesterday was from Keith Rabois: "don't hire anyone over the age of 30" ?? ?? ?? Other (actually legal) paraphrased nuggets/observations: ? [founders should] be in the details to a quite literally annoying degree ? there shouldn't be consensus among a panel -- if everyone ranks the candidate as a "yes" or "strong yes" vs. some "no's" or "strong no's" mixed in, you shouldn't hire them ? drill your mission and values into candidates at every touchpoint Something tells me this advice will get mixed reviews. #recruiting #hiring

I'm hiring - which I feel grateful to be able to do in this environment. For those wondering if Box is a great place to work, I'm a boomerang and came back for a reason.
