I have no doubt that we would not be where we are today without your light and tenacity. Special spotlight to the support girls! Tania, Ashley, Angie, Isabella, Laura and Kat. I'm very grateful to work alongside you and It is a true honor! ?? ??

I just want to take a moment to recognize Kat and Tani for the incredible support they provide as our SME and Lead. Working with them is always a great experience—they’re both knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly. No matter how many challenges come their way, they handle them with confidence and expertise. We’re lucky to have them.

I feel incredibly fortunate not only to have an all-star team (47% of whom are badass women) but also to proudly say that 80% of the leaders I work with are powerful, inspiring women! ???? Tania, Biviana, Andrea, Alisha, and Yesica, you are simply the best! What you teach me every day is unmatched, and I’m incredibly grateful to have you by my side, driving this machine that we’re all so passionate about. Thank you for everything you do for your teams and for Tai Software. I would choose you a thousand times over to join me on this journey, because you’re living proof of the incredible potential we, as women, have, and of the great things we can achieve TOGETHER!!!??

There are a lot of strong and powerful women on our team! I want to say something amazing about each one but this post would be a novel. Special thanks to Andrea Duarte, Tania Moreno Medina, Alisha Graves-Sermons, and Lindsey Slader for being the incredible leaders, problem-solvers, and teammates that they are. Andrea, your dedication to guiding customers through their journey with Tai is unmatched. You deal with some of the most difficult conversations. It's tough, but you push through it. Tania, your care, leadership, and deep product knowledge make a real difference. You guide both our customers and team through challenges with patience and expertise. Alisha, your ability to bring efficiency and automation to complex processes is amazing. Lindsey, your vision and analytical mind help shape the future of our data-driven decisions. You bring clarity and strategy to complex challenges, making a lasting impact. I’m grateful to work alongside such talented women at Tai.
