Relationships matter Whether it concerns colleagues, business partners or suppliers: relationships can (help) make or break your success. Treat others the way you hope to be treated. It’s been incredible watching you grow over the past year, and I’m so excited to see all your hard work come together at our upcoming team retreat! ???? Transitioning from a non-technical company to a technical start-up is no small feat, especially in the B2B tech world. But Sophia has embraced every challenge like a pro and gracefully took all feedback. As her manager, this milestone also got me reflecting on what it takes to thrive in Ops within a start-up. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart! I hope these tips will help anyone else in Ops who’s thinking about diving into start-ups: 1?? Be ready to do it all—and do it with a smile. In a physical office, I’d say, “take out the trash,” but in a remote world, this could be anything from crunching numbers to taking a small but time-consuming task off someone’s plate. 2?? Stay ahead of the game—be everywhere, all the time. Anticipating your team’s needs before they ask is a superpower. 3?? Embrace the energy—you set the tone for the whole team. Being the Ops cheerleader is part of the role, and your enthusiasm will be contagious. 4?? Celebrate technical wins—you don’t have to be technical yourself, but you should be excited about the team’s technical milestones. If you’re not engaged, everyone will notice. I’m not going to sugarcoat it—Ops can be a thankless job sometimes. If you’re doing it well, much of what you do may go unnoticed because you’ve built such a seamless system. But that’s what makes it so impactful. ??

Celebrating a Decade of Greatness! ???? Friends, followers, and loyal customers! Today, we are here to celebrate a spectacular milestone: our 10th anniversary as a company! ???? Yes, you read that right! Ten years filled with laughter, challenges, and above all, success! From our humble beginnings, we've embarked on adventures that could rival the best Hollywood movies. ??? Remember when we started in the garage next to the grandmother of diaper pants, with just a tabletop lathe and a bunch of crazy ideas? Well, since then, we've grown bigger than that bunch of crazy ideas, and that's saying a lot! We've faced more obstacles than we can count: from technical issues that made us sweat more than a marathon in the desert, to emergency meetings that kept us up until the wee hours of the night. But each challenge has made us stronger, more resilient, and, well, sometimes a bit grayer due to stress, but that doesn't matter! We keep moving forward! However, it hasn't all been hard work and tears (though there were some of those too). We've shared moments of pure joy and camaraderie. So here we are, raising our cups of coffee (or tea, or juice, or whatever makes you smile in the mornings!) to toast to another 10 years of successes, challenges, and above all, fun. ? Celebrating 1 Year at Mobble ? Today marks my first anniversary as an Executive Assistant at Mobble, a company that is as incredible as the people who run it. This past year has been nothing short of transformative. I've taken on tasks I never imagined myself doing before. Some, I nailed. Others, I learned from. I’ve spent years hopping between industries, unsure of where I truly belonged. Routine work never felt like me. But here at Mobble, I’ve found my stride.
