The "best of breed" vs. "best of suite" debate never seems to end. But I've seen what actually works. Here's what I've learned... ?? I've rarely seen a company be successful using best of breed over best of suite. Why? Best of breed solutions are often appealing on paper but require significant investment in time, money, and engineering to integrate seamlessly. Most companies don't do this resulting in disconnected tools, data silos, and manual processes that complicate operations rather than streamline them. A best of suite approach gives you everything you need in one place, with all of the integrations readily available. The simplicity and integration far outweigh the additional costs or risks.
