A client of mine is a personal fitness trainer (Huw Phillips - he’s bloody brilliant at what he does btw and you should definitely look him up). We were chatting about how all he hears at this time of the year is, “I’ll wait until January”. ?? But as he quite rightly said, waiting until January to start your new fitness regime is just bonkers! Thinking out loud after these sessions is that #fitness and #pilates entrepreneurs should know is that you should have a ninja to support, guide, encourage you, and even fight for you! ????
