HR famously gets a bad rap. But People-People deserve way more credit than they get. They’re incredible???????????????????. They’re the voice of employees and always fight for them to be heard. They’re fantastic???????????????????????????. They’re like people-centric chameleons. They know how to relay any message to employees with different personalities, priorities, and opinions. They’re unbelievable?????????????????????. They know how to level with employees and speak human-to-human. Plus, when companies make layoffs, they’re often responsible for breaking the bad news while pushing their own job security concerns to the back of their mind.
