Just as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince teaches us through the words of the fox: "Here is my secret. It is very simple: One sees clearly only with the heart. What is essential is invisible to the eye." Crossing this threshold feels like stepping through a doorway. I faced challenges to adapt to a new environment that did not accept me. I was vulnerable and afraid of the future. To be honest, I feared my capabilities would never surpass beyond survival. Yet, despite the personal challenges I faced in a new environment, those challenges became my opportunities that shaped me into who I am, instilling me with courage ?? and authenticity necessary to step into leadership roles and expand my influence globally ??.
