Seeing a FlashBot deliver dinner to a friend’s hotel room, Daniel Croft MBE, reminded me why I’ve been so passionate about reimagining property inspections. At Survey Shack, we’re starting with simple, accessible tools, but our vision goes far beyond that, we’re building the future of surveys. Imagine capturing the structure and condition of walls, floors, and hidden elements—all without invasive inspections. This isn’t just a dream, it’s the direction we’re heading. While our current offering focuses on simple surveys, the foundation we’re building today is paving the way for a future where surveys are faster, safer, and more comprehensive than ever before. With instant data from our app, even basic surveys provide insights that can support Automated Valuation Models (AVMs). In the future, drones and advanced tools will deliver condition reports, revolutionising how lending decisions are made.
