The internal battle between making the right decision and hoping that a decision turns out right didn’t last long after I joined PR Professionals. I was blessed with a team that became my constant support, guiding my career towards the desired outcome. This is the identity of a strong corporate culture—a place where you can be part of the race yet find time for yourself. Often, organizations fail to become a home away from home, despite the 8-10 hours spent there daily. But I can confidently say that even if I spend half a day in the office, PR Professionals still feels like home. Here, managers manage without micromanaging; you realize this when your work gets streamlined on time, thanks to an external push. For me, that push is Prerna Dalakoti. Her approach, emphasizing that work comes first but always paired with strong character, personify the benefits of a strong corporate culture. This post is a cheers to my team—Aniruddha Sir Shipra Kumar Bhawna Lakhera Guneet Kaur Udayabhanu Mohanty MD Kasim and Aditi Jain —for making this place feel like home away from home. Whenever I purchase a product online, the first thing I check is the reviews from past users—whether it's a video review or a written one. The only thing that matters to me is the experience of other users. I don't care whether the manufacturer is celebrating festivals, if their team is going to lunch together, or if they share Christmas whishes; none of that matters. Recently, I have checked over 50 IT companies' LinkedIn pages, and I rarely found video or written testimonials of their clients. Instead, I found content about employees celebrating festivals, going out for dinner, making fun of HR, sharing holiday greetings, and posting about company philosophy on current affairs. Like me, clients in the IT sector don’t give a fuck about whether a company celebrates festivals, their culture, or their social events—they only care about how you serve your clients. I believe that having client testimonials on company's social media page, LinkedIn profile, and website can encourage potential clients to reach out for their projects. I understand that showing off company culture is important for attracting talents. But when a company spends a lot on SEM and other digital marketing channels to attract clients, it’s worthless if potential prospect visit their page or website and don’t see any video testimonials.
