Meet Gali Burin, the queen of operations, the first woman at Sweet Security, and yes, my work wife. What should you know about Gali? Gali has a law degree and certification, so if you ever think about winning an argument with her—well, don’t. She’s also managed political campaigns, and if you think all of the above paints a certain picture of her, just add this: if she weren’t here at Sweet Security, she’d probably be winning a million on Big Brother or some other reality show. Yep, that’s our Gali—the most special girl around. If it wasn’t clear enough, Gali is a woman of contrasts. On one hand, she’s the funniest, most social, and even the most laid-back person at Sweet Security. But on the other hand, she’s also incredibly precise, meticulous, and professional—our vendors say you could set a Swiss watch by her timing. Gali keeps her cards close to her chest, so you might not realize it at first, but she has the biggest heart in the world—it’s like you can practically see it glowing. She’ll go above and beyond for her people and the employees at Sweet Security. There isn’t another person out there who cares about them as much as she does. Above all, she’s a true friend—everyone in the company turns to her for advice, both personal and professional. Oh, and did I mention? A few weeks ago, Gali discovered a passion for baking (Thanks to Shaked Amar), and ever since, our office has been starting every day with the sweetest and most delicious pastries. This writer truly doesn’t know what she would do if Gali Burin weren’t around. #SweetsEmployees
