Just attended the Scale Ireland Regional Start-up Summit 2024 in University of Limerick! Some fascinating insights shared by startups operating in this region: ??One notable topic discussed was fundraising in Ireland. It's true that there's still ample funding available, but it's becoming increasingly challenging to secure it. Investors are now prioritizing revenue and profit over growth, shifting the landscape for startups. ??Additionally, there was a strong emphasis on the intention to create a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem outside Dublin, highlighting the growing importance of regional innovation hubs.
