Tapio Schneider, a climate scientist at Caltech, says new machine learning processes could soon be used in climate modeling. This advancement not only promises to cut down energy expenses but also enhances the precision of climate forecasts. ? Understanding the climate this way can help everyone prepare for extreme weather events such as hurricanes, floods, and heatwaves— mitigating damage and saving lives. ?
