Welcome back to our sixth #JJMstory. Going down memory lane, we will share some key milestones and turning points in our company’s history. In our almost 30 years of establishment, the pivotal moment for JJM occurred in 2003 with the decision to transition into Thyristor development and production. Had we persisted with transistors; our current position would not have been attainable. The emergence of the compact fluorescent lamp market presented a lucrative opportunity for high-voltage transistors, attracting numerous manufacturers. However, we opted to pivot towards manufacturing thyristors, a decision that significantly altered JJM’s trajectory. Recognizing our strengths and capabilities proved essential in making this right decision. Another turning point arose with the introduction of Protective Devices (TVS, TSS) in JJM. The demand for protection devices and circuits across various applications was evident. While these protection devices presented a more obscure and challenging development path, with limited competition mainly from Taiwan, other segments like Schottky, FRED and standard Diodes faced aggressive competition. Leveraging our manufacturing expertise and brand reputation, JJM experienced smoother development and progress. JJM committed 80% of its revenue to this new development totaling USD $83 million over five years. Initially, JJM services focused primarily on fab services, comprising approximately 85% of our business, before venturing into our own brand with assembly, testing and sales of packaged power devices in 2015. These two significant turning points have propelled us forward, equipping us with newfound knowledge, renewed confidence, and valuable insights to continue building our JJM branding to this day.
