I'm excited to share that I've successfully completed a Live Project with Skilled Sapiens, where I took on the role of Growth and Strategy Consultant. This experience was a deep dive into the dynamic world of business strategy and growth. Key highlights of my journey include: Market Analysis: Conducted a comprehensive PESTEL analysis and market potential assessment, which provided a deeper understanding of the EdTech and startup ecosystems in India. Customer Persona Development: Identified and targeted specific customer personas, tailoring our strategies to meet the unique needs of early-stage startup founders and aspiring entrepreneurs. Strategic Planning: Developed a phased Go-to-Market strategy, focusing on market penetration, customer acquisition, and community building. Marketing & Outreach: Leveraged content marketing, social media campaigns, webinars, and workshops to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience. Financial Planning: Created detailed financial projections and identified key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide decision-making. ?? Excited to Share a Major Milestone! ?? I recently participated in the Break the Loop Innovation Challenge by iTNT Hub and Rolls-Royce India, where our sustainability management idea was shortlisted, leading to an incredible journey. ?? Phase 1: We started with intensive pitch training, learning not only how to present our ideas but also how to tailor them to different audiences, including business experts, investors, and industry leaders. ?? Phase 2: We then had the opportunity to present our idea to a distinguished panel from Rolls-Royce India, including data analysts, vice presidents, and chairpersons. Sharing our vision with such influential business personalities was both nerve-wracking and exhilarating. ?? Phase 3: The competition intensified as we engaged in group discussions with innovative startups, research teams, and other college groups. These discussions were filled with rich exchanges of ideas and strategies, pushing us to think critically and collaborate effectively. ?? Phase 4: Finally, we presented our idea before a group of venture capitalists and other business leaders. This was the ultimate test of our communication skills and the viability of our concept.
