After a healing session, the body requires some time to process the adjustments made during the session, including the correction of imbalances and the release of trapped emotions and faulty belief systems. Most of the time, processing is pretty mild and isn’t really noticed. You’ll usually feel lighter and less burdened. Other times you may feel some negative symptoms from processing. You may feel some echoes of the emotions that were released, you may feel tired, you may feel out of sorts emotionally, you may cry or even feel sick. If you have any Belief Code?? work done, you may feel some disorientation and/or confusion and spaciness as the energy of your thought forms shift and evolve into their new forms. I always encourage my clients to hold with their mind that these unpleasant effects are just the old energies making a little noise on their way out. This is proof that the process is working! Remember, these temporary symptoms are manageable and lead to a healthier, more balanced you, making the journey worthwhile. With stress being a big contributor to people being absent from work or presentissem, check out these tips on why screaming can really help you mentally & physically. #scream #mentalhealth #physicalhealth
Arghhhhhhh! I missed National Scream Day on the 24th April. As kids we love to scream as a way of communicating, yet as we get older it seems to be frowned upon. Here’s 5 tips why screaming (perhaps into a pillow or cushion) is good for you: ?? Stress Released - Screaming into a pillow can serve as a physical release for built-up tension, helping to alleviate stress. ? Safe Venting - It provides a way to express intense emotions like anger or frustration in a controlled, non destructive manner without causing harm or disturbance to others. ?? Emotional Release - It can help with negative emotions, potentially giving a clearer mind and a more relaxed state. ?? Physical Release - Screaming involves physical exertion which helps release endorphins, the body’s natural painkiller & mood elevators ?? Cathartic - Resetting your emotional state. Hope you’ve found this tips helpful. Next time your feeling stressed or tense why not giving it a try and follow it with breathing exercise. #nationalscreamday2024 #wellnesscoach #confidencecoach #mentalhealth #physicalhealth

So I was in a session the other day, and I had a discussion about avoidance vs choosing space and distance as healing. I think the biggest differences between the two lies in the planning and ability to find resolutions to healing and the intentional space and distance. Not like storming out after an emotional interaction so we avoid facing them again for a few months, but purposeful space and distance. If done intentionally, space and distance can promote immeasurable healing. Space and distance can help heal trauma and build strength by giving you room to breathe and think clearly. When you're too close to something—like a painful memory or a stressful situation—it can feel overwhelming, like you're stuck in the middle of a storm. Taking space, whether by physically stepping away or emotionally creating some distance, allows you to calm down, reflect, and see things more clearly. Imagine you're looking at a picture. If you're standing too close, you only see small details, and it might not make sense. But if you step back, you can see the whole picture. The same goes for trauma or tough situations. When you create space, you give yourself time to process what happened without being so caught up in the emotions. This helps you gain a new perspective, making it easier to find solutions and start healing. Space also gives you time to build strength. When you're not constantly faced with triggers or reminders, you have the chance to recover emotionally, just like taking breaks between workouts helps your body get stronger. Over time, this space allows you to approach your challenges with more confidence and resilience. It's ok to love from afar until you can find healing and resolution. It's Your choice. ?? ??: @adrienne_jezick #wellnesschaser #youareimportant #healingispower #itisworthit #youareworthit #endtheshame #yourfeelingsmatter #Youarenotalone #dothework #seekhelp

We hope you’ve had that moment when you realize that stress doesn’t run the show—you do. And you can actually work with your body to release stress, not just live with it. Our mission is to share the nervous system education and tools that help you connect with your body in a way that feels empowering and grounding. Moving your nervous system is not about controlling stress, but learning how to collaborate through movement, breath, and awareness. When you understand the signals and techniques, life becomes less about reacting and more about flowing. Take a deep breath, notice what your body is saying, and give yourself a hug today (or try some self-havening). Your body is your greatest ally when you know how to engage with it. Stay regulated, friends!? #Viasomatic #YogaTherapy #NervousSystemHealth #Resilience #MindBodyGrowth #EaseAndFlow #StressManagement #MindBodyConnection #HolisticHealing #MindfulLiving #TraumaRecovery
