Despite the resurgence of QR codes, I’ve been skeptical of their practicality. But at the behest of my marketing team, and with support from the savvy folks at Digiphy, we’ve decided to give them a go (they make it so easy!). Here are 3 ways we’re leveraging Digiphy’s interactive platform, and what we’ve learned so far: 1. In-Store Demos We wanted to test whether offering a coupon during our in-store demos would boost sales, or not. Using Digiphy QR codes to send shoppers a digital coupon has been a less expensive way to test the market. We can play around with various offers and messages in real time, without committing to something on paper. Nimble and less wasteful! 2. Sampling programs?? We send a lot of free product out into the world, but can’t always measure the return. Enter Digiphy. Now we tag our samples with a unique QR code to capture leads, bring them into our brand world with a Digiphy Storyline, and make a sale one click away.??? 3. Signage Whether our team is tabling at a trade show or putting together a charcuterie board, having scannable signage ensures every passerby can engage with us, even if we step away. It happened unexpected.?? I never knew i was going to learn, when my aim was to shop ? (Well, learning occurs everyday, anywhere, and anytime). I passed by the melcom to get some groceries, and stumbled upon this pack of eggs. Unlike the plain cartons I was used to seeing around. This was a display of beautifully branded eggs encased in plastic containers, decorated with vibrant colors and catchy slogans, which made these eggs looked exceptional. I couldn't help but think about how the packaging completely transformed the eggs. From a random Ghc2 eggs, to a well packaged and branded quality eggs, which were now eye-catching and intriguing. I had to buy a pack, which was against my budget. ?? I left the store with my newfound insights on personal branding, but couldn't stop smiling at the unexpected lesson. Let me share these lessons with my family. ?? I believe these should be of great help, ?Know where your brand fits in the marketplace. The “Helemens Special eggs”, knew that its branded products would never be of use in local stores around us. Since people already knew their way around eggs of Ghc2 So, He/she located where the products would be more appreciated and accepted. Same as you, your brand, product has a place, where it’s fully of a great importance Identify that place, that way you can successfully reach the right audience for you. ? Perception Influences Experience. By just looking at these branded eggs carton, it created a perception of quality and uniqueness before i even went ahead to taste the eggs. (I literally thought I was going home to experience a different egg from the normal, but….??) This shows how our perceptions to things can shape our experiences. Whether in business or personal life, paying attention to how things are presented and perceived can significantly impact how they are received and enjoyed.
