EMPLOYEE Highlight, David Cox! Suntech Circuits is overjoyed by the dedication of our employees. Please take a few minutes to read Davids's interview. I hope you are having a nice day David, I am looking forward to speaking with you about your experience with Suntech Circuits. Interviewer: Mr. Cox, what is your role with Suntech Circuits? David: I am CTO of Suntech Circuits. I use my 40+ years of PCB manufacturing experience, a network of industry professionals and a deliberate exploration of new and advancing technologies, to support Suntech Circuits mission of providing optimum value solutions to PCB customers around the world. Interviewer: How long have you been with the company? David: I joined Suntech in 2016 after 12 years running a specialized PCB manufacturing company in the Austin area. We were a niche company providing interface Solutions for semiconductor test applications. (ATE) Interviewer: What have you enjoyed most about working at Suntech Circuits? David: We have a fantastic team of mission-oriented people that are a genuine pleasure to work with. There is a lot of positive energy in this organization, top to bottom. I have had the privilege of traveling around the country and around the world and I have to say, these opportunities are always gratifying and enriching. ?As much as I love the craft of PCB manufacturing, connecting with people is the most satisfying part of this career. Interviewer: What are you looking forward to the most as we move forward into 2025, and beyond? David: Suntech is a dynamic company. 2024 marked our entrance into the ITAR space. We have added some incredible talent and scalable systems. We’re growing and expanding our footprint domestically and globally and I am excited about what I expect to be another really great year for us. Suntech is building on a 33 year legacy of success and on a trajectory to be an industry leader in the years ahead. I’m excited about being a part of this winning team. Interviewer: What is one fun fact that most people would not know about you? David: I’m a second generation PCB guy. My father, (RIP Jack Cox) started in the PCB industry in the early 60’s and made it look like so much fun, I couldn’t resist. Thank you for your time and thoughtful answers. David is key to our success and one of the many team members we have that create such an enjoyable customer experience. You can reach David at [email protected].
