The descriptions allow someone to decide whether they want to try it and then what they expect to experience when trying it. Eggnog may be one example of a polarizing drink. Looks like Google is testing a new Thumbs Up justification in mobile finder results for food & beverage searches. At first I thought they may be triggered by the "Menu Highlights" since Google lets you know how many dishes are related to your search when selecting a business, but as you can see from this screenshot, other non-food & drink highlights can appear (i.e. delicious donuts, drive though) That stated, it does seem that the appearance of highlighted menu items may be the trigger for this feature. Lina's Donuts, for instance, does not have any menu highlights and no justification appears. More research is needed on this.
