It's safe to say that medical care is a blessing to people, especially in areas where medical care can be difficult to come by. Equally, those providing medical care as part of missions outreach are also blessed. Food for thought for other verticals. Similarly, in professional services, bios are often used to humanize technical fields (technology, engineering, legal, etc.). I often see firms going overboard with personal facts *over showcasing?expense/value prop*. But every time we ask our clients’ clients about what truly matters, when we probe past the commonly cited “it’s all about relationships,” they place “expertise” above all else. #AEC #AECmarketing #ProfServMarketing #SMPS
