TechChill reminded me of why I love attending startup conferences. You see, I meet 95% of my clients and partners online. Extremely efficient, but not very personal. Two days of intense engagement on the ground opened up new ideas, opportunities and inspiration. ?? I met incredible founders building amazing startups, in search of guidance. ?? I listened to experts share valuable insights I can apply to my business. ?? I chatted with investors and journalists who shared ideas that made me think. Half-time for the 17th SpinLab class. The recent focus week covered a range of topics related to #productmanagement, #sales, and #IT. Here's a glimpse of what happened: ?? David Blazek addressed the negative feelings many have about sales. With the startups, he discussed their views on sales, explored the similarities and differences in approaches, considered how to update old methods, and learned about the balance between the technical and creative aspects of selling. Additionally, Florian Hoppen shared techniques for acquiring their first 100 customers and building a reliable sales system. ?? Lily Mizani made over 17,000 cold calls ?? in the past 21 years. Her workshop, Mastering the Art of Cold Calling, aimed to help #startups refine their cold-calling techniques. ?? Stefan Sorge, Jennifer Sindermann, and Jan Bager offered approaches to prevent overengineering and Julia Mitzinneck explained how to prioritize product development and align tech deliverables with sales goals. ??Our alumnus Florian Bontrup, provided insights into the healthcare system, focusing on reimbursement basics and effective go-to-market strategies for #EHealth solutions. ??Hannes Hartung took a closer look at the websites of the startups and discussed the differences between data security and data protection. ??
