Luxury Arrives in Carmel, Indiana’s Epicenter Located on Carmel's original four surveyed lots, 1st on Main brings over 70,000 square feet of modern mixed-use space to Carmel’s Arts and Design District. KBSO Consulting provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design solutions for eight luxury condominiums and 35 upscale apartments, each equipped with energy-efficient HVAC systems and modern plumbing fixtures to enhance comfort and sustainability. Inside the apartments and condominiums, smart technologies include automated lighting and climate control, ensuring a seamless living experience while promoting energy conservation. Throughout the outdoor amenities, integrated lighting and plumbing create inviting spaces for residents and visitors alike. With spacious balconies and a rooftop terrace in the city’s geographic epicenter, 1st on Main promises to provide elevated historical and visual perspectives of Carmel’s ongoing evolution from a quiet 1800s village into an active, diverse community for years to come.
