So one of the things I think to go off your plate earlier instead of. Jumping at every new regulations that's coming out, every article that you read, because I think we get a lot of we've all have, we've all had bosses or leadership that like, hey, I just listen to this podcast or I just read this new article and now I've got to do something. So I was listening to something earlier today and it was really interesting about how we all think we don't have enough motivation. I think really I think they will have too much motivation. It just depends if your motivation is driven by dopamine, which means then you're just. Hopping from one thing to another to another, another right here, like you're just getting the quick dopamine hits. What we want to get to is we wanna get to a serene state with serotonin. That means you don't jump from one thing to another to another. You actually take pleasure in actually doing what you're already doing. So I don't think I'm giving everyone a benefit at ALDI. I don't think anyone is tagging us or saying, oh, we don't want to care about risk management, what they say. I don't. We don't care about what the security team says, right? So we want to get to the point. Where you drive the business with serotonin. So that means when you're updating the board or you're updating the teams with risk, with cyber issues, security incidents, whatever, right? You're telling them what's going on, but you're helping the business do what they do. The 364 days out the year, you're doing the same thing, right? You're already you're already talking to them, you're already communicating with them, you're already doing things. Just keep doing that.
