Ever heard Eisenhower's take on leadership? He said, "Leadership is the art of getting someone to do something you want because he wants to do it." Managing is like being the organized captain steering the ship - setting goals, making sure everyone's on track, and keeping things shipshape. It's about control and efficiency. Now, leadership? It's more like being the cool guide who inspires everyone on the ship. Eisenhower's saying that leaders get people to do stuff not because they have to, but because they genuinely want to. It's about sparking that fire in people. So, while managing is about structure and order, leadership is about getting folks excited and making them feel like they own what they're doing. It's the difference between just following orders and being part of a team where everyone's pumped to contribute. Which would you prefer to be? #leadership
