Define the delivery and quality objectives of the department, allocate and coordinate all resources to ensure the achievement of the objectives; 2. Always do the cadre team building as the core task, from the quality to the quantity, can keep pace with the company development step at different stages; 3. The production cost must grasp the core key point, through the management means, has the ability to form the control to it, each stage has the cost down means; 4. To train the team, especially the grassroots cadres, in production management tools such as 7S、QC7 tools,8 wastes, Kaizen、IE7 tools, TOC、TPM、TQM、VSM and so on, so as to improve the team management ability continounsly 5. Plan the production resources, push the resource preparation in advance according to the order production plan, and ensure the production goes smoothly 6. Take overall responsibility for the company's production management. 7. Lead the establishment and improvement of the quality management system, organize the implementation, supervise and inspect the operation of the production quality system. 8. Keep abreast of the quality status in the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between various departments, and solve problems in production in a timely manner. 9. Organize and implement, supervise and control various processes, quality, equipment, cost, output indicators, etc. in the production process. 10. Lead and manage the factory maintenance department to maintain the basic equipment of the factory to ensure that the production site can be produced normally and the equipment is in good condition. 11. Instruct, supervise and inspect the work of subordinates, master the work situation and relevant data. 12. Comprehensively balance annual production tasks, formulate and issue monthly production plans, and achieve balanced production Desired Candidate Profile 1. Prepared dispatch planned to all customers (existing & new) 18.
