I sat down with David Dowdy from The Business Spotlight Podcast. We talked about entrepreneurship and my personal business journey with Strata SFR. I love talking to people like David who is fellow Lake Norman, NC business owner and Business Coach , because it gives me a chance to take stock of both the success that I've had in my life and with Strata, as well as the challenges and speedbumps I've encountered along the way. There were plenty of them. In a challenging environment in real estate, and more broadly in the US and economy right now, I think allot of people are struggling to plot a path forward to find their footing, find meaning in what they are doing, or to look out over the horizon for the better days ahead. Whatever may be the case, I've always believed that doing the work of intentionally plotting your course, whether its through calm waters or stormy ones, is all just part of the journey.
