Hmm if I'm honest I grew up watching a lot of Audry Hepburns movies. Kind of rubs me the wrong way to hear a voice not her own or see her wag her head like that. She had a particular way of carrying herself when she performed and the AI generated model did not capture that at all. Cool that is doable and maybe would be better if the model used wasn't a well known celebrity.

This is amazing technology, and very useful, but Congress must pass harsh laws that make it illegal to use this technology for criminal purposes.
This is not cool. It's as reckless as it is reprehensible. This example illustrates that some within our industry, particularly in the area of Generative AI, seem quite okay with promoting: - Identity theft - Intellectual property violation - Falsehood There may be appropriate uses for this type of technology. The example in the post doesn't fall within that sphere.
