Let’s talk about the hiring paradox: ?? How can companies ask for experienced professionals but offer salaries that barely match entry-level positions? Or, even more baffling, expect entry-level candidates to come with years of experience already under their belt? It’s frustrating, unrealistic, and honestly discouraging for so many talented individuals out there.
