With an expert understanding of buying audiences and their needs, the successful candidate for this role acts as a subject matter expert and portfolio evangelist who transfers knowledge about the SNF market, buyers and product/s across marketing and sales functions. This critical role is the glue that binds our business and product strategy to the marketing programs and tactics needed to achieve measurable results. As a Sr. Product Marketing professional, you understand our market and buyers, including how they make their buying decisions. You have the critical ability to grasp and translate product capabilities into business benefits to develop and lead product launch and marketing programs that increase awareness and drive demand. You are obsessed with tracking performance and have the data to prove what’s working and what is not. In addition to working with the Marketing team, you will regularly collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and others). Implements sales initiatives that drive attendance, repeat visitation, special event buyouts, brand loyalty, and seasonal activations to showcase horror throughout the year. Champion voice of the consumer to ensure the understanding of guest needs and behaviors is at the center of special market strategies and programs. + Leads and partners collaboratively to develop strategic and comprehensive marketing communication plans ensuring there is a consistent and cohesive messaging strategy that aligns with overall objectives and goals. When I left one of my first marketing jobs, the company had to replace me by hiring 5 (!) employees. For 2 years I oversaw 3 brands and 8 product categories, managing $20+ mln budgets and teams across Brand Comms, PR, and Retail Marketing. It sounds insane but, at that time, I didn't even question it. Only when I saw that now 5 people were doing my job I realised that, actually, I was pretty awesome ?? I'm sure that happens to you too. Skills that you consider normal are a big deal for someone else. You undersell and undervalue yourself because, from your perspective, what you do is not worth much. So you're unable to explain to your potential customers why they should choose to work with you over someone else. As a result, you sabotage your sales. So today, please do me a favor. Give yourself some credit. For the skills, experiences, and expertise you have. Everything you learned on the job and in life situations. If that helps, write it down on a piece of paper. And tomorrow post about how awesome you are on all comms channels available to you. See what happens ??
