At the start of every month I write down: - What about last month am I most grateful for? - What was my biggest win? - What was my most important lesson? - What is going to make this month f*cking awesome? 4 questions, 15 minutes to answer. It's a cathartic exercise that pays respect to the peaks and troughs of the last 30-odd days, and points me in the general right direction for the next 30. All of the action items for the next month are then evaluated against question 4 because I want to have as many f*cking awesome months as I can. What do you do to keep yourself moving the needle in the right direction?

It's 50 days to the end of 2024! So far we have spent 315 days this year What lessons have you learned this year? What are you grateful for? What one thing can you do to make this year memorable? As we wrap up the year, you can be more deliberate by doing this 3 things 1. Writing a gratitude journal 2. Taking action on one of your goals 3. Offering to help someone This year has been different things to different people but ultimately it isn't how you start but how you finish. I believe you can still maximise the remaining 50 days. At this point, it is safe to say, "Compliments of the season" and may the remaining 50 days of this year bring you joy. #Complimentsoftheseason #50daysleft #goals #gratitudejournal #mentalhealthadvocate
