Have you ever thought of your #company as a university??? This idea came to us after attending the Computer #Expo in Mashhad, which, honestly, wasn’t the greatest #exhibition. However, it turned out to be a valuable #experience for us in two unexpected ways: ??The first was meeting Betatik users who had been with us for a year, six months, or even longer. They would excitedly come up to us, sharing how much they owed to Betatik. It was incredibly rewarding for me and Reza (Betatik's co-founder) Reza Jalali to see the impact we had on so many people. We realized we had made a real difference, and it felt like a warm cup of tea and a sweet treat after a long day.?? ??The second was reconnecting with former colleagues—team members who had joined us since 2021, moved on to new roles, and become great friends. It was heartwarming to hear them say, “Betatik taught me this, showed me that,” or “If I hadn’t joined Betatik, my career path would have been completely different.” ??That’s when we realized: Betatik had become a sort of university. We typically brought in junior-level talent, and after 12 to 20 months of learning essential skills, working on real projects, and navigating the challenges of an agile startup, they were ready to take the next step in their careers. We never felt upset when they left. As a #career development platform, we understood that many of them needed to move on to advance. Sometimes, we even suggested they change their work environment to continue #growing. ????We all have a valuable role in this world, and we play it through the paths we choose. People may criticize or support us, but no one can truly judge our journey because they don’t know the challenges we've faced, the risks we’ve taken, or the plans we have for the future. Before diving into the #startup world, I used to think founders who talked about the struggles were exaggerating.?? But now, I completely understand that #innovation in certain fields requires "iron shoes." And maybe, it's true that you have to be a little crazy ?? to make it happen.
