“During my participation in the IVLP program, I had the opportunity to visit various organizations and enterprises such as the Nebraska Innovation Campus, Common Good Farm, and the ECHO Collective, which significantly influenced my understanding of innovation, sustainable development, and intercultural exchange. These experiences inspired the creation of the NextGen Women Leaders: Entrepreneurial Empowerment Initiative project.” - Bayan Toikebayeva, a business professional and IVLP Impact Awardee from Kazakhstan.? ? 2 天前Project dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs is not just an opportunity but a responsibility. In my 24 years of experience in business, I’ve witnessed firsthand how empowering women can transform not only their lives but entire communities. This initiative is a much-needed step toward breaking barriers and creating pathways for women to thrive in entrepreneurship. I’m particularly inspired by the shared experiences and success stories that prove women are capable of driving innovation and resilience in the economy. Projects like these highlight the power of collective effort in ensuring that women entrepreneurs have the resources, mentorship, and policies needed to succeed. I look forward to seeing the tangible outcomes of this initiative and continuing to advocate for women's leadership in business.
