Autonomy will excite the younger generations to join the forces and participate in the national build out of 21st century infrastructure. The mission of army future Command is forging the future. National sovereignty and global productivity will go to the nation that deploys the intelligent infrastructure Economic zones enabling industry 4.0 focusing on the 21st century intelligent infrastructure allows AFC to invite everyone industry. Academic researchers and entrepreneurs to a common and open development environment to work on autonomy prime for advancing autonomous systems for civil and defense focused on fielding at scale within a 24 by 7 by 365 environment to speed the transformation desired. It is time to remove our brave men and women from dull, dangerous and dirty jobs and locations that require information to be acquired, things to be moved, things to be repaired, things that need to be inspected, and things that need to be eliminated. Transition the massive productive benefits of autonomous systems into society, starting with autonomous systems supporting the base of the future and autonomous systems being deployed at scale at the tactical robotic edge. Global economic dominance and defense overmatch will go to the nation that deploys the intelligent infrastructure enabling Industry 4.0 transformations.
